If you have ever been interested in a Traditional Japanese Reiki treatment, also know as Usui Reiki Ryoho, as taught in Japan then this is for you. This is the closest to Traditional Japanese Reiki as taught in Japan, by Mikao Usui. Reiki is a lifestyle and the practice is the foundation. Practice of what exactly, you may ask? The system of Reiki as taught by our teacher Frans Stiene, from The International House of Reiki contains five elements. The first are the precepts, second is hands on/off healing, third are the Mantras, 4th are the Symbols, and lastly is Reiju (Spiritual Blessings). The most important element is the practitioners practice within the system of Reiki.
